Those who apply for the tests will be divided into groups according to the combination they will receive, each one can touch a vaccine from the same or different laboratory. The combinations of vaccines from different laboratories to be evaluated are as follows: Dose 1 Sputnik V first component, Dose 2 Sinopharm; Dose 1 Oxford/AstraZeneca-Covishield, Dose 2 Oxford/AstraZeneca; Dose 1 Oxford/AstraZeneca-Covishield, Dose 2 Sinopharm- 150 people; Dose 1 Sputnik V first component, Dose 2 Oxford/AstraZeneca-Covishield; Dose 1 Sinopharm, Dose 2 Sinopharm-150 people; Dose 1 Sinopharm, Dose 2 Sputnik-V first component- 150 people and Dose 1 Sinopharm, Dose 2 Oxford/AstraZeneca-Covishield- 150 people. After the combination is done, each person will have a blood draw to measure the antibodies and their ability to neutralize the virus. In addition, cellular immunity will also be measured and they will be monitored by telephone for seven days. The analyses will continue at 14, 28, 56 days and up to one year after the second dose of the scheme is applied.
