Imagine being waiting at the traffic light and that, suddenly, the entire cast of the new Cinderella movie appears singing and interpreting some of the songs that will musicalize the reversal of this classic that will be released by Primer Video on September 3.
Almost as in a fairy tale, Camila Cabello, James Corden, Billy Porter and Idina Menzel, some of the protagonists of the story, stopped the traffic in the city of Los Angeles to show live a brief preview of what will be the new film of the princess.
To the rhythm of “Let’s Get Loud”, Jennifer Lopez’s hit that will be part of the film’s repertoire, the actors appeared dressed as their characters to give a surprise to the neighbors of the L.A who are looking forward to the premiere of this musical film that proposes a daring and modern version of the classic fairy tale. Camila Cabello will be in charge of giving life to the princess who will be presented as an ambitious heroine with great dreams to fulfill. From the hand of her fabulous godmother, played by Billy Porter, Cinderella will arrive at the ball and meet Prince Robert, in the skin of Nicholas Galitzine.
Despite getting her way and finding love, the young woman must manage to make her ambitions come true. Other great figures of the film written and directed by Kay Cannon are Pierce Brosnan, as King Rowan and James Corden, James Acaster and Romesh Ranganathan as the godmother’s helper mice.
