Once the purchase has been made through e-commerce and remote channels, customers can pick up their products in an hour in any of the stores enabled throughout Chile.Finally, there are scheduled shipments, which make it easier for users to coordinate the reception of the product. In Santiago, this is done in 24 hours from the time the purchase was made, before 4:00 p.m. Meanwhile, in regions the dispatch is from the second business day after the transaction is made.
