Entel reduces product dispatch time to just 2 hours with Delivery Express

For years, companies have been joining delivery, a phenomenon that was exacerbated and accelerated by the pandemic. In this line, Entel, a technology and communications company, is working to improve its sales service through e-commerce and remote channels. In this quest to simplify and make life easier for its customers, the company recently launched its new purchasing and dispatch tools. In this way, it now offers Delivery Express with dispatch in a maximum of 2 hours; withdrawal of products in store in just 1 hour and scheduled shipment from Arica to Punta Arenas. What is each of the services offered by Entel? Delivery Express allows consumers to receive their online purchases of plans, equipment and accessories in less than 2 hours. This delivery method is available on the company’s website: www.entel.cl, if the product has the “Delivery Express” option activated. Thus, you can choose at the time of purchase. Another novelty of this service is that it allows you to track the shipment in real time, in the style of large companies worldwide that are leaders in this system, such as Amazon. It is also available in Santiago, Gran Concepción, Viña del Mar and Valparaíso, and is expected to reach all of Chile soon. “We launched this service almost a month ago and the feedback we have received from customers has been excellent, with very high levels of satisfaction in all aspects of the delivery. In fact, a high level of our online sales is made using this service and continues to grow strongly, “says Juan de Dios Munizaga, Manager of Face-to-Face Channels at Entel. Meanwhile, in-store pickup is the option with the highest coverage in Chile. Once the purchase has been made through e-commerce and remote channels, customers can pick up their products in an hour in any of the stores enabled throughout Chile. Finally, there are scheduled shipments, which make it easier for users to coordinate the reception of the product. In Santiago, this is done in 24 hours from the time the purchase was made, before 4:00 p.m. Meanwhile, in regions the dispatch is from the second business day after the transaction is made.
