Coronavirus: with 15 deaths and 331 cases, the lowest figure in 17 months was given

The Ministry of Health of the Nation announced the new figures of the pandemic in the country and on this Sunday, where the figures are usually low, 15 deaths and 331 new infections were announced, which is presented as the lowest number of cases in 17 months. With these data, a total of 5,265,859 infections have been accumulated since the beginning of the pandemic, while the total deaths are 115,473. On October 10, 22,236 tests were carried out, with a positivity rate of 1.48%. Thus, throughout the pandemic, 24,236,377 diagnostic tests were done for this disease. To date, there are 17,985 active positive cases throughout the country and 5,132,401 recovered. As for the 15 deaths of this day, eight are men (5 from the province of Buenos Aires, 1 from the province of Chubut and 2 from the province of Córdoba) and seven are women (5 from the province of Buenos Aires, 1 from the province of Córdoba and 1 from the province of Mendoza). Of the confirmed cases, 119 are from the province of Buenos Aires, 69 from the city of Buenos Aires, 3 from Catamarca, 6 from Chaco, 7 from Chubut, 2 from Corrientes, 29 from Córdoba, 3 from Entre Ríos, 1 from Formosa, 6 from Jujuy, 13 from La Pampa, 3 from La Rioja, 1 from Mendoza, 2 from Misiones, 6 from Neuquén, 9 from Río Negro, 10 from Salta, 0 from San Juan, 0 from San Luis, 2 from Santa Cruz, 16 from Santa Fe, 1 from Santiago del Estero, 1 from Tierra del Fuego and 22 from Tucumán.
According to the Public Vaccination Monitor, 60,347,704 vaccines had been distributed as of this morning, of which 53,980,661 were applied. Of that total, 30,167,257 people were vaccinated at least once, while 23,813,404 completed their scheme.
