Journalist Loret de Mola calls López Obrador a dictator

Cdmx.- This Thursday, November 25, journalist Carlos Loret de Mola said that President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) is doing “his best to become a dictator,” as an example he gave the recent decree to consider mega-works as a matter of national security. This was expressed by the Yucatan native in “Loret Chapter 64″,” a video published on the Youtube channel “Latinus_us”, where he described as “authoritarian” the popularly called “AMLO decree”. A decree so that he can spend all the money on whatever he wants and no one can investigate how he did it and to whom he gave it. A decree so that if the President wants to pass a train over someone’s house, that someone cannot even protect himself before a judge. A decree that turns every other public infrastructure into a matter of national security, and when it is a matter of national security the President orders and the people shut up and bend,” he said. It is a decree, he decreed,” he exclaimed. Loret de Mola explained that the recent signing of AMLO’s decree qualifies infrastructure works as a matter of national security and forces public agencies to give permits in less than five days, leaving aside environmental impact studies, social profitability, citizen consultations, among other processes to ensure that the constructions are viable in all areas. The works go because they go, they go because the President orders it and it’s over,” said the former host of the morning newspaper Primero Noticias.Read more: Why? From my early years I showed a taste for watching news and staying informed. I was a graduate of the 2014 – 2018 generation of the degree in Journalism, from the Autonomous University of Sinaloa (UAS), the first in that career since its opening.  As for the professional experience, I was able to gain apprenticeship during a period of six months in the sports area of the newspaper Noroeste, where I did professional practices. Later, I had the opportunity to spend another six months in the ranks of Radio Sinaloa, particularly in the news program Informativo Puro Sinaloa, of the state government. There I covered local issues, recorded voice for the newscast, contributed content for other broadcasts and had live participation. Since 2020 I am in Debate, a company that opened the doors for me to join as a web reporter, and months later to occupy the position of Editor in the site Debate.com.mx. See more
