A few hours after his resignation, Concha was arrested in the early hours of Saturday in the framework of a case for an alleged episode of domestic violence.
The court file originated with a complaint made by his former partner.
The prosecutor of Cosquín, Raymundo Barrera, explained to Cadena 3 that “after taking testimony from the complainant, it was decided to order the arrest taking into account the gravity of the facts and the contributions that the lady made with her statement.” There are several facts that are imputed to him over a time that have been repeated, supposedly,” added the prosecutor, who clarified that the detention was ordered to “protect the integrity of the victim, his physical and psychological safety.” Likewise, Barrera indicated that it is being analyzed if there are indications of procedural danger or hindering the investigation, “given that (Concha) was a public official who worked in a similar or identical area of this lady because he was the boss of his former partner.”
