Only the states of Baja California, Sonora, Chihuahua and Aguascalientes are located in yellow, medium risk.
This Friday, the Ministry of Health also registered 3,520 more cases of COVID, for a cumulative of 3 million 947 thousand 284 people who have fallen ill with the virus, since the beginning of the epidemic.
According to the daily technical report, the trend in infections fell by 15%, between weeks 48 and 49 of the year.
It also confirmed 162 deaths, bringing to least 298,670 deaths recognized by the authorities.
As for the progress of vaccination, the agency reports 148 million 467 thousand 260 doses, which correspond to 81 million 913 thousand 687 immunized people, 88% of the adult population in Mexico.
