Recipes with cold coffee to cope with the heat

With high temperatures, the desire to drink hot drinks such as coffee or infusions usually escapes. However, in recent times some alternatives have been gaining ground so that coffee lovers continue to indulge in friendlier preparations depending on the degrees indicated by the thermometer. Without many ingredients and with simple procedures, here are some suggestions to try different preparations with cold coffee. Shakerato Iced Decaf
Ingredients
5 gr instant coffee (Nescafé recommends Decaf)
150 cc of hot water
Ice cubes

How to prepare
Cool the glass where the preparation will be served, with ice cubes.
Prepare the instant coffee by adding the water and stir until dissolved. Let warm.
Pour the coffee into a shaker with a couple of ices and shake.
Serve in the glass cooled with ice, stir and enjoy.

Forest Spritz

The new capsule of Nespresso Forest Fruit Flavour
2 ice cubes
10 ml sugar syrup
A bay leaf
120 ml soda
2 gr lemongrass
Berries to accompany

How to prepare
In a jar, add 2 gr lemongrass, extract the Forest Fruit coffee in 40 ml and let it infuse for 2 minutes.
Pour into a glass 4 ice cubes, 10 ml sugar syrup and 120 ml soda.
Slowly add the infused coffee on the ice. Finish with a bay leaf and berries as an ideal pairing. 

Dalgona

Dalgona
Ingredients
2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons hot water
2 teaspoons sugar
A cup of milk

How to prepare
Beat the coffee instantly with the hot water and sugar until you get a cream.
Pour the coffee cream over the cold milk (optional with ice)

Woodland Cappuccino

The new capsule of Nespresso Forest Almond Flavour (40 ml)
15 gr almond or peanut butter
100 ml skim milk
3 gr almonds (to decorate)

How to prepare
Place 100 ml of skim milk in the foamer. 
Add in a glass 15 gr of almond butter or peanuts.
Add half of the foamed milk to the butter.
Extract the coffee in Forest Almond in 40 ml in the same glass. Finish with laminated almonds to taste.

Mora Latte
Ingredients
5 gr instant coffee (Nescafé recommends Tradition)
200 ml Skim milk
2 tablespoons blueberry jam
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
Blueberries or berries, to taste
Ice, optional

How to prepare
Prepare the instant coffee next to the milk, stirring until dissolved.
In a separate jar, place the jam, yogurt, blueberries or berries, coffee and ice. Liquefy.
Serve and decorate with fresh blueberries.
