In the last hours a video circulates on social networks, about the actions of a group of people who are vacationing on the beaches of Pinamar and this afternoon prevented the merchandise from being seized from a street vendor of churros. In the images we see the screams, pushes, complaints and joint actions of the people crowded there who tried to mediate with the staff of the Municipality, who were determined to steal the merchandise in question.

After the incident, the mayor of the city, Martín Yeza, spoke out about what happened and tried to justify the actions of his employees. Using social networks, Yeza explained the reasons for the police action and the guidelines that must be met to carry out street vending on the beaches under his jurisdiction. “A video of a group of people who sought to prevent a control agent from withholding the merchandise of a street vendor without permission went viral. I want to explain the reasons,” he began writing on his social networks. Street vending is allowed, but it has a system that seeks the balance between there being an offer and that at the same time the beach is not a shout of offers “Ice cream, ice cream!”.
