Days after being awarded Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy for “Tick, Tick… Boom!” at the Golden Globes, he continues to reap the success of “Spider-Man No Way Home,” which signifies his return as the arachnid hero. In this context, and while rumors are already circulating that Sony could summon the actor again to repeat his performance as Peter Parker in an upcoming film of “The Surprising Spider-Man” or in some upcoming project, the actor was asked about whether both Emma Stone (who played Gwen Stacy) and Marc Webb (director of his saga) knew about his cameo in the film that brought together Tobey Maguire and Tom Holland.

“Emma kept texting me. She was like, ‘Are you in this new Spider-Man movie?’ And I would say things like, ‘I don’t know what you’re talking about!'” revealed Andrew, a guest on Josh Horowitz’s Happy Sad Confused podcast. Honestly… I followed him, even with her, it was funny. And then she saw him and said, ‘You’re an idiot!'” said the actor, who we remember, had to deny his appearance in the film, in multiple interviews.
