The government of the province announced: “Through the Ministry of Security we made available to the prosecutor Matías Edery everything he requires for his protection after threats received.”

Lorena Verdun was detained last Monday when a judge ordered her to be held in pretrial detention, within the framework of a series of raids carried out in the Las Flores neighborhood, on the southern end of Rosario.Verdún maintained that the investigators of the case have a special cruelty with her family, said that during the raids last Monday there were illegal acts and ended up addressing the prosecutor Matías Edery who accused her, “With all due respect I tell the prosecutor that this is not going to stay that way.” Before finishing his proposal, he had some striking words for Judge Negroni, to whom he pointed out: “Look what he is going to do, this prosecutor always grabs it with the Canteros.”
