This Friday, the Ministry of Health of the Province of Buenos Aires made a criminal complaint after detecting a request for illegal printing of a vaccination card. The fact was reported by employees of a graphic of the city of La Plata, who notified the Buenos Aires health authorities. The complaint was carried out by the Provincial Directorate of Legal Affairs, under the Technical, Administrative and Legal Undersecretariat of the province. As officially reported today, the facts denounced “would fall within the crimes of falsification of a public document and violation of the sanitary measures established to contain the spread of the pandemic.” In turn, it was detailed that the falsification of the vaccination card “would aim to evade the controls provided and illegally accredit the sanitary pass.” From the Health agency recalled that the free pass with vaccine applies throughout the provincial territory since December 21 and added that it has the purpose of “accrediting the vaccination scheme to enter sports, tourism and recreational activities in closed spaces or participate in events in closed or open spaces of more than a thousand people.” A similar event occurred at the end of last month, when the health authorities of the province of Buenos Aires made a criminal complaint in the Fiscal Unit of Investigation No. 5 of La Plata after warning the dissemination of a website that generated illegal sanitary passes.
