Health reports 43 thousand cases of COVID and more than 800 deaths

The Ministry of Health detected 43 thousand 99 recent cases of COVID-19, for a cumulative of 4 million 985 thousand 689 infections, since the beginning of the epidemic.
However, the agency estimates that 223,958 (4.3%) are active cases, for presenting symptoms in recent days.

According to the daily technical report, 829 more people died from COVID, so there are at least 306,920 deaths recognized by the authorities.
The Ministry of Health estimates that the trend of cases decreased by 28%, between weeks 2 and 3 of the year.
As for vaccination, 311 thousand 179 doses were applied, for a total of 166 million 102 thousand 210.

So far, 83 million 651 thousand 266 people have been immunized, with at least one dose against COVID, 89% of the adult population in Mexico. 94% of them have a complete vaccination schedule.
