Celebrating the love between wines, nature and a special gastronomy

It is always a good day to celebrate love, but it is inevitable that February 14 will have a special meaning, where details make all the difference.
Casa Valle Viñamar
Casa Valle invites you to celebrate Valentine’s Day in a special way, in a unique environment, with first-class gastronomy and obviously, enjoying its sophisticated sparkling wines.
Located in Casablanca, just 45 minutes from Santiago and 30 from the fifth region, this year tours, tastings and discounts inspired by love are offered, to spend a special moment with the couple.
From February 1 to 14, there will be a special tour of the month of love, which includes a tasting of Viñamar Rosé and Leyda Pinot Noir Las Brisas, paired with local artisan chocolate. This activity has a value of $ 15,000 per person.
For its part, the award-winning restaurant Macerado Bistro invites you to celebrate the love between vines, wine and bubbles, with a 4-course menu, on Sunday 13 and Monday 14 February. Fish, oysters, mushroom pate, deer, silver, among other preparations are part of the menu that is accompanied by pairing and has a value of $ 40,000 per person.
Tarapacá Vineyard
Viña Tarapacá opens its doors throughout February to celebrate love. From Tuesday to Saturday, just 1 hour from Santiago, the vineyard will welcome all its visitors with a glass of sparkling wine, who can enjoy various activities, such as an exquisite lunch in the Casona or in the park, surrounded by centuries-old species and native flora, paired with a selection of Gran Reserva Tarapacá wines.
Lunch consists of a four-course set menu that includes appetizzers, starter, main course accompanied by Gran Reserva Tarapacá Etiqueta Negra, dessert and coffee. For the month of love, the dessert will be paired with a glass of Late Harvest Tarapacá as a gift.
In addition, there will be special discounts in the store for all visitors.
Veramonte Vineyards
Viñedos Veramonte in partnership with Corporación Cultiva, an organization committed to the reforestation of Chile, presents a limited edition Valentine’s Day, which includes a Veramonte Rosé Pinot Noir Organic Reserve 2020 and two glasses to toast on this day.
With the aim of generating positive impacts on the community and the environment, and activating actions that rescue the land, Viñedos Veramonte will donate to Corporación Cultiva a percentage of all sales generated with this pack, for the reforestation of native forests in Chile.

Viña TerraMater invites you to enjoy a unique evening through three unmissable gastronomic proposals. Its Zinfandel Restaurant presented a special menu to celebrate this Valentine’s Day with a Mediterranean dinner that includes oysters, beef steak and crème brûlée among the options to pair with a Limited Reserve Carmenere wine or a Vineyard Reserve Sauvignon Blanc from Viña TerraMater. Dinner also includes dishes suitable for vegetarians and vegans upon request.
The Zinfandel Restaurant will have two shifts to dine this Valentine’s Day. The first of them from 18:00 to 20:00 hrs and the second from 21:00 to 23:00 hrs.
