The Ministry of Culture and the Secretariat of Human Rights of the Nation will hold this Tuesday the second edition of the Eduardo “Tato” Pavlovsky awards ceremony in tribute to cultural personalities for “their commitment to the defense and promotion of human rights.” The award ceremony will be held on Tuesday 22 at 6pm in the Plaza Universal Declaration of Human Rights, located on the premises of the former ESMA.” The initiative of the Secretariat of Human Rights and the Ministry of Culture aims to recognize the artists victims of State Terrorism who were persecuted and forced to live in exile,” said today the Secretary of Human Rights, Horacio Pietragalla Corti, from his Twitter account.
