“Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” will be previewed in theaters: when does the pre-sale begin?

Expectations and anxiety increase with each announcement from Marvel Studios. Last week, it was the arrival of the first episode of “Moon Knight”, which introduced us to the story of the hero starring Oscar Isaac. While in the last hours it was confirmed that “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” will have its preview in theaters.

The sequel to the Supreme Sorcerer played by Benedict Cumberbatch, which in turn has the rest of the films of the MCU (Marvel Cinematic Universe, for its acronym in English, and as the set of interconnected productions is known), and continues the facts of both “Spider-Man No Way Home”, will travel its same path: while its release date in Argentine cinemas is set for Thursday, May 5, the film enabled its functions from Wednesday 4 of the same month.

Among the points of contact with the universe of the arachnid hero, it should be remembered that “Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness” is directed by Sam Raimi, filmmaker who was in charge of the first Spider-Man trilogy, starring Tobey Maguire. The film aims to be great, not only by addressing the consequences of the multiverse, unleashed in the previous film, it will also bring back Wanda Maximoff and her Scarlet Witch by Elizabeth Olsen, a character who unleashed her splendor in “WandaVision”, the first series of the MCU for Disney+.

The main cast is completed by Benedict Wong, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Xochitl Gomez, Michael Stühlbarg and Rachel McAdams. While the script is in charge of Michael Waldron (creator of the series of “Loki”). This could be another sign of contact with the series of the god of deception played by Tom Hiddleston, who could have an appearance in the film.
From this Wednesday, April 6 -which by the way, is the day of premieres for the Marvel Studios company, since the arrival of “Loki” to streaming- tickets can be purchased to see it in Argentine cinemas, without access to promotions, until after the first weekend. That is, until Monday, May 9.
