School reintegration and recovery of learning are a priority for the SEG

San Diego de la Unión / Dolores Hidalgo C. I. N., Gto. – The Covid 19 pandemic has caused for education at the international level, a series of challenges in terms of learning, in Guanajuato the Ministry of Education, is making visits to the classrooms of municipalities in the north of the state, to have an approach with schools, their teachers, students, parents, parents and / or family guardians.  The Head of the Ministry of Education of Guanajuato, Jorge Enrique Hernández Meza, participated in a school tour, visited the Primary “November 20” in the municipality of San Diego de la Union; as well as the Technical Secondary No. 49 and the Guadalupe Victoria Primary School, both belonging to Dolores Hidalgo. In his message, Jorge Enrique Hernández Meza, Secretary of Education, recognized the proactive work of the educational community, noting that the priority of all is the recovery of learning through school reintegration, teacher training and collaborative work with mothers and fathers. Read more: The Rally of the Nations Guanajuato 2022 comes to an end “In this process the best thing we can do is generate a proactive participation of mothers and fathers; it is a pleasure to witness how they promote the co-responsibility of the entire community to contribute to the improvement of the family, school and social environment of the students,” he said. In addition, he urged the educational authorities, heads of sector and supervisors, to work in the classrooms in a focused way and reinforce the learning of the students, so he reiterated that in the post-pandemic context and based on the results of RIMA (Collection of Information for the Improvement of Learning), the opportunity is granted to establish actions aimed at the recovery of learning. On this basis, educational authorities agreed that this 2021-2022 school year is a challenge that must be faced with the highest degree of empathy and responsibility, so it is essential to provide support to teachers for curricular prioritization and improve the socio-emotional development of the entire educational community. Finally, as part of the strategy to favor and promote the recovery of significant learning and strengthen the return to face-to-face attendance of students, educational and school authorities witnessed the talent and knowledge of Dolorenses students in the area of robotics. A space for the exchange of experiences was generated between students and coaches, members of the “Lego GV” and “Small Innovators” teams of Guadalupe Victoria Elementary, who held a demonstration in the assembly and development of codes for robot programming with the support of LEGO kits. It should be noted that both teams participated in the First Lego League Tournament, in which the members of Lego GV obtained the recognition of “Revelation Team”; and for its part, Peques Innovadores won its pass to the Word Festival First LEGO League, an international robotics event. Read more: In San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, they celebrate 199 years of the bring of the Lord of the Column The state president congratulated the worthy representatives of the country, reiterating that they have become an inspiration in the field of science and technology, “without having a robotics laboratory they have shown that limits are created by each one of us,” he said. Little by little normality is recovered in various aspects for students to be working through new technologies and innovative methods during almost two years of pandemic, has allowed them to explore other areas of learning.
