Two members of the UPOEG community police are murdered in Acapulco

Members of the community police of the Union of Peoples and Organizations of the State of Guerrero (UPOEG) were attacked on Thursday in the community of Barra Vieja, in Acapulco; two people died and three were injured.
One of the people who died is the coordinator of the UPOEG, Eusebio Severiano Rodríguez, according to Quadratín Guerrero.
The aggression was recorded on the road that connects Lomas de Chapultepec; AR-15 and AK-47 rifle casings were located at the scene.

The media points out that, according to versions of the self-defense groups, their companions were traveling on the road when they were hit by another vehicle with armed men who shot them.
He added that the bodies of the victims were taken to their homes, while the injured received medical attention.

On the facts, the leader of the UPOEG, Bruno Plácido Valerio, said “I only know that there are several dead,” reforma reported.
