Police is linked in La Paz, for injuries to his ex-partner

La Paz.- Julio César “N” was linked to trial and preventive detention in the continuation of the initial hearing held at the Justice Center of La Paz, Baja California. It was an agent of the Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Specialized Unit for the Investigation of Crimes Against Sexual Freedom and the Family, of the State Attorney General’s Office (PGJE) who obtained the favorable ruling that sentences the accused to follow the process of complementary investigation in prison. According to the investigation, Julio César “N” would have verbally threatened his victim by telephone, for later, in the Agustín Arreola neighborhood, to try to run him over from his Chevrolet pickup vehicle. Having failed, he decided to get out of the van to physically assault her. The victim decided to file her complaint with the social representative who then initiated the investigation folder. As a result of this judicial process, Julio César “N” will take his process in prison since the judge granted a period of two months to announce the results of the complementary investigation.
