Morena did make improper promotion of revocation of mandate: TEPJF

Morena and Mario Delgado did incur in improper promotion of the consultation of revocation of mandate, as ratified by the Superior Chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Power of the Federation (TEPJF)
This, after the party and its leader challenged the resolution issued by the Specialized Chamber, on May 19.
The Court determined that the allegations were not enough so the fine was confirmed to the party and its leader, for two videos that were published on social networks.

“The videos denounced; and that they were published on the Facebook and Twitter profiles of the president of the National Executive Committee of Morena; as well as on the YouTube page of the La 4TV profile, they improperly promoted the process of revocation of mandate,” the statement read.
Delgado and the party alleged that the call to participate in the revocation of the mandate was made as a citizen, but it was concluded that there are elements that identify him as a member of Morena.

The Court also upheld the sentence for the videos in which minors appear without meeting the requirements for the protection of their identity.
Due to the violations, Mario Delgado will have to pay a fine of 28,866 pesos, while the party was sanctioned with a fine of 48,110 pesos.
