Deputy Santibáñez officiates to president of the Servel to clarify meeting with former leader of the White Claw “Pancho Malo”

Deputy Marisela Santibáñez (PC) officiated to the president of the board of directors of the Electoral Service (Servel), Andrés Tagle, to clarify the meeting she held with the former leader of the White Claw and current face of the Rejection, Francisco Muñoz, alias “Pancho Malo”, about the plebiscite of exit of the new Constitution, which will be held on September 4.
In the letter, the deputy asks Tagle to inform about the reasons for the meeting and whether the appointment was held through the Lobby Law or was of a personal nature.

The communist legislator also required clarification on whose behalf the meeting was managed, the individualization of the attendees, the place and date of the appointment, and the subject matter discussed.

As Muñoz himself commented in a video after the meeting, “we have proposed (tag tagle) requirements such as incorporating the fingerprint at the time of casting the vote, a counting system parallel to the current one and an international tender for a new software.”

Recall that Muñoz was imprisoned in 2000 for homicide. Specifically, he was sentenced to five years in prison for the death of Álvaro Domínguez in that year for quarrels in the barra brava of Colo Colo.
