The best!

“People feel better about themselves when they’ve done their best.” Bill Hybels.

I learned in basketball practice that two people can practice with the same coach and it doesn’t mean you have the same progress.
There is an extra ingredient that is achieved in always giving the best in life apart from recognizing what your potential is and getting the best out of it is what we call the “Extra Mile”.
The difference between the ordinary and the extraordinary is the extra; this involves time, resources, blood, sweat and tears.
No one can do his best by doing only what is requested; when we give the best of ourselves in our own time we will surely live for all times, I have friends that the sport gave me, my basketball teammates of the Honduran Air Force which we were national youth champions and we left our mark on this discipline throughout Honduras to which I pay my respect, affection and tribute and I always carry in my heart; the most beautiful thing is that lived experiences that we went through forged us into good people and we continue to reap the best.
But to bring out the best and give the best it is necessary to be able to give less importance to things, to demonstrate gratitude every day not only to give thanks but to live gratefully which is a lifestyle; a single detail no matter how small it is cause greater transcendence, the actions speak more than a thousand words, learn from the lessons of life, there is no sin in making mistakes all here we have a glass roof the only perfect is God who understands us accepts and loves us.
Holistic well-being means balanced attention to the mind, body, soul and spirit.
Generosity is when there is synergy between the well-being of our life and that of all those in whom we have helped, then we can experience the fullness of life.
