Pastor Linked to Trial for Allegedly Raping Two Girls

A control judge linked to the process the pastor Faustino “N”, alleged responsible for the crime of aggravated rape, committed against two girls of 7 and 8 years, in Michoacán
The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Michoacán (FGE) reported that both events occurred in September 2015, in the municipality of Paracho.
He explained that in a hearing it was reported that conclusive elements of the possible participation of Faustino “N” in the facts were found, so he resolved the link to the process against him.

Informal pre-trial detention was established and two months were established for the closure of the investigation.

In that same month and years, Faustino “N” was at his home when he saw the 8-year-old victim pass by, whom he called and later entered his home to sexually assault her.
Both cases were reported to the Regional Prosecutor’s Office of Uruapan, which gathered data on the possible relationship of Faustino “N” in the crime, so he requested an arrest warrant against him, which has already been completed.
