The Ministry of Health detected 8,892 recent cases of COVID-19, for a cumulative of 6 million 967 thousand 864 infections, since the beginning of the epidemic.
According to the daily technical report, only 56,787 are considered active cases for presenting symptoms in recent days, with an incidence rate of 43.6 infections per 100,000 inhabitants.

The states with the highest incidence are Mexico City, Baja California Sur, San Luis Potosí, Querétaro, Aguascalientes, Chihuahua, Tlaxcala, Sinaloa, Nuevo León and Zacatecas.
In addition, 65 more deaths from COVID were confirmed, so there are at least 329,012 deaths recognized by the authorities.
