The City is once again the scene of a new edition of the Buenos Aires Half Marathon, which runs this Sunday, August 21. The more than 20,000 people who registered, left at 7:00 from Figueroa Alcorta Avenue at 7000, between Monroe and Juramento.Es so that the circulation of the City will be affected for several hours. From 23.00 on Saturday until 15.00 on Sunday, there will be a total cut in Avenida Presidente Figueroa Alcorta, between Juramento and Monroe, without affecting external streets. On the other hand, between 7.00 and 11.00 on Sunday, there will also be total, momentary and successive cuts from Avenida Presidente Figueroa Alcorta, between Monroe and La Pampa, by Figueroa Alcorta and following Avenida Sarmiento, Avenida Del Libertador, Carlos Pellegrini, Avenida Pres. Roque Sáenz Peña, Bolívar, Avenida De Mayo, Avenida 9 de Julio (northbound, without affecting exclusive metrobus lanes), going up to the Illia Highway, going down at Avenida Sarmiento, Avenida Figueroa Alcorta, to the starting point.

The 21K circuit
Started in Alcorta between Monroe and Juramento.
The runners go along Av. Figueroa Alcorta, against the hand to Av. Sarmiento, where they turn right about 300 meters, to turn left on Av. Libertador.
This avenue will have taken its lanes on the left side until you reach Av. Pueyrredón where you will take the entire avenue to be used for competition.
Follow Av. del Libertador to Carlos Pellegrini where you turn right and go to Diagonal Norte, heading to Plaza de Mayo.
Turn right into Bolívar and immediately right again at Av. de Mayo, continuing to Avenida 9 de Julio, where you turn right again and continue until you join the Illia Highway heading north. There, you will continue until the descent that ends in Avenida Sarmiento again.
From Sarmiento on the left, you pass through the tunnel under Avenida Lugones and, when you reach Avenida Figueroa Alcorta again, turn right. The passage under the tracks and the boulevards between them and the GEBA club, is always done by the right hand of the runner.
Continue along Avenida Figueroa Alcorta until you arrive at the arrival appointment, in Alcorta almost Monroe.
