President of the CP and dialogues for a new constituent process: “If we do not reach agreement on principles and mechanisms, there is no agreement”

The president of the Communist Party (PC), Guillermo Teillier, participated on Tuesday in a meeting between representatives of parties to continue with the constituent process. In this context, he commented that, in the event that the collectivities do not reach consensus on constitutional principles and mechanisms of a possible new Convention, there is no agreement.
“We have to reach a comprehensive agreement, and that comprehensive agreement includes what are called the edges or the principles, and also the mechanisms, because if we do not reach agreement on both things, there is no agreement,” said the HELMSMAN OF THE PC AFTER THE MEETING.
