Adán Augusto again goes against Calderón: Yes there is a complaint

Interior Secretary Adán Augusto López returned to the issue of an alleged international complaint against former President Felipe Calderón Hinojosa.
“Here I tell you, because then things are misinterpreted, and I tell you, there is, of course, an international criminal complaint filed in The Hague, in the Netherlands, in Holland, against, among others, Felipe Calderón Hinojosa,” he said.
During his visit to the congress in Oaxaca, Adán Augusto López said that the investigation was presented to the International Criminal Court and is in the period of integration of evidence.

“We know that it is in a period of integration, all the sufficient doors are being alleged. Surely there will be justice in that,” he explained.

Augusto López had already said that there was a complaint and even accused the former president of being an arms trafficker; However, hours later he reneged.

I did not point out that there was an investigation against anyone., but I do maintain that Operation Fast and Furious was a crime perpetrated by the State, against humanity, because instead of fighting organized crime, weapons were delivered, and that here and anywhere in the world, in any democratic country is not only barbaric but a crime against humanity,” the official said.
Moments later, the official added: “And I do not know much about international law, but I do know that just as in Spain, in his time, they could judge Pinochet, for his actions as president of Chile, because no Mexican is exempt from being persecuted, investigated and punished, especially when there are international complaints.”
