Monreal gets suspension to prevent Layda from talking about him

A judge granted a provisional suspension to Ricardo Monreal so that the governor of Campeche, Layda Sansores, no longer mentions him in her program Martes del Jaguar.
The measure establishes that the governor must refrain from making publications about the senator and must also remove from social networks what was previously published.
In the complaint, Monreal accused Sansores of illegal acts such as interception of his private communications, as well as manipulation, editing, publication and dissemination through social networks.

Given this, the judge accepted the amparo and it will be until November 14 when it is resolved definitively.
Despite this order, the governor decided that this November 8 she will publish more audios of Ricardo Monreal.

New audio and also #LordBrother messages, it goes double in this #MartesDelJaguar because you asked for it. Attention, Monreal and Alejandro Rodríguez from Campaigns and Elections, see you at 8 pm.

Ricardo Monreal vs Layda Sansores
On October 25, Layda Sansores accused Ricardo Monreal, leader of the Morena senators, of influence peddling to help “his friend” Alejandro Moreno, deputy and national leader of the PRI.
“He is obliged to explain to us why he traffics in justice; It is influence peddling. Why does he use justice as a bargaining chip for personal benefits, it was not to help the country, and he did not comply, if he offered the electricity reform, because he did not fulfill it,” Sansores said.
Faced with the accusations, the leader of the Morena senators assured that he would file a criminal complaint as well as an amparo to prevent the governor from continuing to defame him.
