According to the magistrates, Sansores affected the political-electoral rights of the deputies, stating that they came to office because they sent intimate photographs to their party leader, Alejandro Moreno.

“The governor of Campeche, Layda Elena Sansores Sanroman stated, in the program “Tuesday of the Jaguar”, the alleged existence of intimate photographs of some federal deputies of the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI) and maintained that, to access their positions, the deputies should send them to their leader. These statements were taken up and disseminated by various media.”
Given the violation committed by the governor, the TEPJF determined that Layda Sansores must eliminate all publications in which the denounced message is disseminated, both in her social networks and in those of the state government.
Likewise, he was ordered to refrain from issuing comments regarding the photographs of the deputies, as well as to issue a public apology on the program “Tuesday of the Jaguar” and on his Twitter social network account.

The sayings of Layda Sansores
Last July, Layda Sansores said that some legislators sent nude photos to the PRI leader.
“Be careful, deputies, because some of you sent photos, some even naked, then you send them to ‘Alito’ and ‘Alito’ with that he has them, and you think that he is going to take care of them and that he is going to protect those photos, no, you can not intimidate like that with this man, because he has no scruples.”
Given this, the legislators decided to file a complaint with the FGR against the governor for the crime of gender violence.
“The governor made insinuations that constitute an act of gender-based political violence against the federal deputies of the PRI, against the women of the PRI, since they represent attacks on her person for being women, having as a background the disqualification and questioning their capacities,” said Alejandro Moreno.
In addition to the complaint to the FGR, the legislators will file complaints with the 32 Human Rights Commissions of all the states of the country and the National Human Rights Commission (CNDH).
