The victim was able to call for help, however the defendant escaped. Following inspection protocols at the scene, FGJEM staff located several hematic stains and tissue that was detached to the victim, as well as the mobile phone of the likely aggressor; these clues were fixed and packed by the experts of this Institution.”
With this evidence, the Public Prosecutor’s Office said, the Public Prosecutor’s Office asked a judge for a corresponding apprehension order against the aggressor, which was granted and completed.
