Rocha Moya wants loyal and efficient officials in his cabinet

Sinaloa.- After the departure of Health Secretaries Héctor Melesio Cuén Ojeda and Welfare Ruth Díaz from his cabinet, Governor Rubén Rocha said he needs efficient, loyal and respectful officials.
