In response, the President of the Supreme Court, Haroldo Brito, was satisfied with what happened in the House. “We are very satisfied, we are totally confident in what was happening,” he said.
“I think that a debate, culminated because ultimately this is a debate, which has the legal characteristics and legal precision which we have been pointing out, but which also reveals that debate other concerns of our society for these rights fundamental”, said.
And he added: “the legal issue that was discussed was very clear. It says simply related to the impossibility of questioning with a view of reform a failure.”
