the President Mauricio Macri met with advisers of the National Plan for prevention of pregnancy not intentional in adolescence (ENIA) as part of the commemoration of the day International of the Mujer.Durante the meeting, which was held yesterday but was informed Friday, discussed the progress of the plan implemented in 2017 to reduce the risk of pregnancy not sought in adolescence. The ENIA counselors develop nationwide tasks of counselling adolescents about sexuality and health. As stated, the program already achieved a reduction of 20% of births not intentional taking into account the age of 10 to 19 years. Professionals who carry out the initiative include doctors, teachers, nurses, psychologists and lawyers. The program provides free access to contraception, sex education integral and schools consultants, counseling on sexual and reproductive health and community advocacy.
