At the hearing held on Monday in the Collegiate criminal Court, it was decided that Mauro Aguirre, the professor at the National University of Cuyo (whose) accused of sexually abusing students of the Faculty of Political and Social sciences will remain Detained at the transitional Detention Center. This was determined by the judge of guarantees and ordered to be carried out to the defendant psychiatric skills. Aguirre’s defense attorney, Enoch Ortíz, had requested the home prison but, finally, the teacher will continue to be in control.
