translated from Spanish: Hail cover of ice Guadalajara metropolitan area

Hail hit the Guadalajara metropolitan area of Jalisco during the early morning. Already in the morning people found streets of the city covered in colonies as Alamo Oriente, La Capacha and Rancho Blanco full of ice, with blocks reaching up to 1.5 meters in height.
Authorities came to begin lifting the ice, while villagers interviewed by local and national media did the same in their homes, where hail also entered.
Others made the attempt to recover their vehicles, which were also caught in the middle of the ice, surprised and mentioned that they do not remember a hailstorm of this magnitude in the city.
