A 35-year-old man was arrested on Monday by Seattle police for threats against Miami Latinos. This is Eric Lin, a neo-Nazi extremist fanatic to Adolf Hitler and Donald Trump who wrote messages with threatening tones on Facebook.Through social media, under the aliases “Eric A. Schopenhauer” and “John Howard” threatened several people. A woman wrote between May and August of this year where she expressed her idea of extermination of Spanish-speaking people and other ethnic groups.” The time will come when Miami will burn to the ground, and every Latino will line up against a wall and a shot and every Latina raped or cut into pieces,” he wrote to the woman on August 8. “I’ll let you live so you can watch me slowly destroy your entire race, then your family will be targeted for being ‘un-American’,” another message tells the young woman.
The current president of the United States also highlights the figure: “I thank God every day that Donald John Trump is president and that he will launch a racial and crusade war” against ethnic and religious minorities. All messages found on Facebook reflect admiration for Hitler and mention mass shootings, extermination and discrimination. Lin had been reported for bullying at his college in Maryland. Next week, he must appear in Seattle court where a judge will determine whether he or she can leave on bail or serve his sentence.
