Morelia, Michoacán.- Six federal police men involved with an attack and shooting at 10 “rural” on 6 January 2015 in the mayoralty of Apatzingán were arrested by the staff of the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic.
The federal institution reported that the Federal Ministerial Police (PFM), under the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic (FGR), in coordination with the Federal Police (PF), completed six apprehension orders, issued by the Eighth District Judge Federal Penalties in Michoacán, based in Uruapan, for the probable commission of murder offences and, in four of those injunctions, also for murder in an attempted degree.
These are six members of the Federal Police (PF), an institution that at all times collaborated and provided the Federal Public Prosecutor’s Office (MPF) with the conditions for such elements to be apprehended in their own facilities, the FGR reported.
In a first action, elements of the Federal Ministerial Police (PFM) apprehended Israel “S” and Antonio “S” in the Coyoacan Mayor; simultaneously, PFM personnel complied with court orders against Heriberto “C” and Jorge “C in mayor Miguel Hidalgo; Subsequently, Rodrigo “G” and Juan “G” were captured in the mayor Azcapotzalco.
The six persons were detained with full respect for their human rights, without violence or involvement with third parties, to be made available to the judge who required them, the unit pointed out.
