“With this apprehension, three injunctions have been completed against the main potential involved in these acts,” he added.
According to the newspaper Reforma, the detainees are former president and partner, respectively, of the Board of Directors of Caja Libertad.

On July 10, a judge determined that Juan Collado remain in pre-trial detention at the Reclusorio Norte, for his likely responsibility for organized crime offences and operations with resources of illicit origin.
In justifying his determination, the judge considered that the Attorney General’s Office had provided sufficient initial evidence to presume that Collado was part of a well-organized criminal organization that allowed him to obtain at least 24 million pesos in 2015 as a result of the allegedly illegal sale of land in Querétaro.
According to the prosecutors of the FGR this land was acquired usurping the identity of the company Operadora Inmobiliaria del Centro, which owned the land, and simulating its sale to the company Libertad Sociedad Financiera.
