Some of the users reported that trains took a long time to reach the stations, which for the same reason were crowded.

Earlier the complaints, Mexico City’s Electric Transportation System (STE) reported that the Light Rail had had a one-hour delay in its start but that after a few minutes of “negotiation” the service was restored.
However, the STE did not clarify what was caused by the delay or why there had to be a negotiation.

Road maintenance work began in June 2019 and was completed this week. During this time RTP units provided free service from Tasqueña station to Estadio Azteca.
On Thursday, the head of government Claudia Sheinbaum delivered the rehabilitation work and carried out a monitoring course and even announced that the speed of the trains would be doubled with which the transfer time would be reduced.
