Students at CCH Azcapotzalco agreed to a stoppage of at least 28 hours on campus, three days after a student was attacked in one of the campus’s bathrooms by two subjects with their faces covered.
“Around 4 p.m., as a result of a first day of separatist assembly, a group of women determined to go to the classrooms to request the suspension of classes and the application of extraordinary examinations,” the CCH said, in a statement.
“Subsequently, grouped in the watchof the campus decided to a 28-hour stoppage to draft their request specification, so the commitment was made to return the facilities tomorrow at 21:00,” he added.
The College noted that classes would resume on February 26 at 7:00 a.m.
According to the Millennium newspaper, this unemployment is in protest at the aggression against a student last Friday.
The Group of Feminist Collective students reported that the event occurred around 8:00 a.m. He reported that the men cut off the young woman’s arms and dislocated her shoulders. The school reported a complaint of these events.
