On Monday, the authorities in Puebla reported the murder of Ximena Quijano Hernández, 25 years old; José Antonio Parada Cerpa, 22, and Francisco Javier Tirado Márquez, 22, all three, medical students.
Ximena and José Antonio were exchange students at UPAEP, while Francisco Javier was a student at BUAP’s medical school and performed his social service.
