Bad Bunny expressed his outrage at the murder in Puerto Rico of transgender woman Neulisa “Alexa” Luciano Ruiz during her performance on the American show “The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon”. During the presentation of the song “Ignorantes”, which is part of his new album, “YHLQMDLG” (“I do what I want”), the Puerto Rican singer wore a skirt and a white T-shirt with a clear message: “They killed Alexa, not a man in a skirt”.
The trapero attended the show to present her new album that will see the sunlight this Saturday, February 29 with a total of 20 songs however she could not help but shed light on the international stage about the murder of the woman that occurred on February 24.
The message on the T-shirt is a mere criticism of the first police report in which the victim was described as “a man in a skirt.” The artist’s claim has had a huge impact on Twitter, where messages of support for Bad Bunny have multiplied by his action. The crime that has created a great controversy in the Central American country due to its violence and the recording of the woman just before she died in which several men give insults and threats. In addition, the murder took place just the day after her image went viral on social media following a man’s complaint when she saw Alexa enter the women’s room in a McDonald’s in Toa Baja Township.
