When we have already exceeded 17,000 thousand people infected with COVID-19 coronavirus in the country, according to the data of the Ministry of Health, we begin to see the use of a new tool within the context of the pandemic, as it will be the COVID-19 card and whose delivery will begin next week. As indicated by Minister Jaime Mañalich the license is intended for all people who have had a presentation with or without symptoms of coronavirus, and specific that “Everyone who has had a positive PCR (presence of the virus in its secretions) at 14 days (asymptomatic) and up to 28 days (those who had symptoms even when leaving the hospital) , they will receive the COVID card”. Regarding what involves the possession of this card, the secretary of state noted that “This means that the person has already overcome this disease and is discharged after the contagion. It will also be known what level of antibodies and immunity they have to not spread to them and not to spread to others.” In that regard, the minister stated that “We assume that it is a high probability that they will not get or get sick again for at least a three-month period that is certified so far.”
