For the care and fight against the coronavirus, Ford Argentina launches a new service for customers to carry out the maintenance of their vehicles without leaving their homes. This is a new vehicle pick-up and delivery service called Pick up & Delivery. In order to use it, the customer must consult the dealers on the Ford website, choose the one closest to their home and request a shift by phone.
On the day agreed to carry out the maintenance the customer will receive by message the details and photo of the person who will pick up their vehicle; Upon arrival at the address, the repair order will be completed and the vehicle will be transferred to the dealership. The recommended social estrangement protocols will be followed at all times. Once the unit enters the workshop, the technicians will perform the requested maintenance including an additional hygiene service. The customer will then receive their vehicle at home with those made and ready to be used.
The person requesting the service must be included in the essential activities and present the corresponding certificate of circulation. In addition, your address must be within a 10 km radius of action from the Ford dealership. The service will be rewarded until June 30, 2020.In this note:
