The governor of Sinaloa, Quirino Ordaz, announced on his Twitter account that the ‘Dry Law’ will be lifted at the entity.
The measure to ban the sale of alcoholic beverages had been implemented since 13 April, in an attempt to reduce the meetings of several people amid the COVID-19 health contingency.
“I trust that [email protected] you will be responsible and will continue to take care of yourself at home. Then, from tomorrow there will be sale of beer and spirits… please behave well,” the governor posted on Monday.
In Sinaloa, 1,927 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed, placing it in fifth place compared to the rest of the states, using the case rate per 100 thousand inhabitants.
In the field of deaths it is also in the fifth place, with 283 deaths from the coronavirus.
I’m going to raise the #leyseca in #Sinaloa, I trust that [email protected] you will be responsible and will continue to take care of yourself at home. Then, from tomorrow there will be sale of beer and spirits… please #SoyQuirino ?????
