Morelia, Michoacán.- A man lost his life as a result of a heart attack and was left aboard a vehicle parked outside the Red Cross facility, on Avenida Puente in this city of Morelia, according to the information obtained by this news agency. The staff of the State Attorney General’s Office became aware of the matter. The citizen was taken to the site to be taken care of, but died before receiving help, official contacts said.
The event was recorded on Monday at the above-mentioned location in the Cuauhtémoc colony. The perimeter was cordoned off by the public security elements, who were responsible for safeguarding the area in attachment to the chain of custody and requested the presence of the experts of the Prosecutor’s Office.
Experts and agents investigating social representation collected evidence and testimonies. The deceased was identified by his loved ones as Leoncio P., 58, the citizen’s death was confirmed by Red Cross paramedics themselves, police contacts said.
Lifeguards also mentioned to the police that Mr. Leoncio’s death was due to health conditions, a heart attack. Law representatives reminded the public that emergency telephone number 911 is available to the public for the care of any emergency.
