home Michoacán Normalists from Michoacán were demonstrated outside the Judiciary of the Federation
Morelia, Michoacán.- Although the marches pose a risk of the spread of the coronavirus, normalists protested this morning in Morelia over the linkage to the process of the seven students who were made available to a judge by the Attorney General’s Office (FGR), accused of federal crimes.
As part of the process of being followed for the crime of attacks on the roads and against the Federal Firearms and Explosives Act, detainees today have their first hearing.
It should be remembered that the arrest was carried out after supported normalists carried out the blockade of the train tracks at the height of Tiripetío, causing serious impacts on the movement of cargo from or to the port of Lázaro Cárdenas.
After several days of blockade, the FGR requested the support of the Michoacán Police to carry out an operation to free the tracks, an action that led to the arrest of seven protesters.
For these facts, the Federal Public Prosecutor’s Office yesterday obtained, from a supervisory judge, the link to informal trial and pre-trial detention against the seven normalists, so they must follow their proceedings held in a criminal.
This morning’s demonstration is taking place outside the headquarters of the Federation Judiciary.
