In the midst of the pandemic caused by COVID-19, workers from different sectors have lost their jobs, so Joaquín Leal Jiménez, through Luzy, a digital application one hundred percent Mexican focused on serving and improving the health of users, urged to implement measures in support of the most vulnerable groups in Mexico.
The founder and entrepreneur who created this application specialized in health orientation mentioned that it is important to focus attention on states such as Chiapas and Oaxaca, because according to the Annual Report on the Situation of Poverty and Social Prayer 2020, of the Secretariat of Welfare, these are the entities with the highest poverty rate in the country. 
The employer detailed that in the face of health contingency, the support of all sectors of the population is needed to solve the social problems that this situation can cause. 
“Although all without exception around the world, we are suffering from this situation, it is the most vulnerable groups in society, the ones that are again being most damaged,” said Leal Jiménez. 
He also called for the daily needs of the communities bordering the capital and the State of Mexico, as in some municipalities, such as Ecatepec, there is a risk of water scarcity. 
“We cannot leave aside the fact of water scarcity in these municipalities, because in the midst of this pandemic, water is totally necessary to disinfect food, surfaces and hands, and thus avoid the risk of contagion,” said Luzy’s entrepreneur, Joaquín Leal Jiménez.
