Guadalajara, Mexico.- Through social networks a video was viral in which police of Ixtlahuacán de los Membrillos, south of the Metropolitan Area of Guadalajara, were arrested on the night of May 4 for not carrying coverts on public roads and the next day it was reported that he had died.

In that sense, a campaign was created to demand the abuse of authority that Giovanni suffered by trending the hashtag #JusticiaParaGiovanni .
The campaign also joined the film director Guillermo del Toro where he shared a link to accumulate petition firms to investigate Giovanni’s case.

On social media he circulated the death certificate of Giovanni, who was 30 years old, the cause of his death, brain skull trauma and estimate of the time of death, ten o’clock at night with 20 minutes.
Giovanni was arrested in the street by policemen of Ixtlahuacán for not using cover covers. They beat him, tortured him and murdered him. Then they bribed his family not to report.
