Hermes Binner died on Friday at the age of 77 after several days in intensive care resulting from acute pneumonia. The former santafesino governor was interned in the city of Casilda as a result of a “complication a primary spontaneous pneumothorax”. During his time in the hospital, he had a coronavirus swab and tested negative.
